"Let oils be your go-to
medicine..."

Oils for health ...  click through the tabs and find my blog, information on herb options, supplements, Lyme Disease, testing, and healthy protocols.

"If you have faith as small as a mustard seed ... Nothing will be impossible for you."  Matthew 17:20

Amazing Oils!

My son sits still when I tell him it's time for the oils, if he hasn't requested them first. We roll them on quite often. He has never needed an antibiotic and we take care of most ailments without running off to the pharmacy or doctor. If you are little or big there is an oil for you...
 from ailments A-Z.

The properties of each oil cover a multitude of issues.
They are either: anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-infectious... I read all the scientific small print that backs up all the data. If you are fighting a major illness right now, what are you waiting for?

... ‘If one does not pay attention to harm caused by wind, the illness will change to fatigue.’ ...  The ancients have referred to pathogens in the body as "wind". Let's get the wind out.

I can divide my life like this: before oils and after oils. :)
See the tabs on Lyme, my story, protocols, vitamins, herbs, details, and blog. I created this site at first to have an updated bank of information for my siblings to reference and now it is my passion to simply share what I've learned.

Diffuse

Breathe ... an oil that is great to diffuse for stuffy noses.
OnGuard ... for immune, cold and flu season.
Oregano ... a heavy-hitter when a really buggy germ is going around.
Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit ... sweetens everything.
There are so many good combinations and I use different ones all the time, and a core set.

Topical/Internal

Put on topically, properly diluted, and once that agrees with you (see protocol) you can try them internally.
We roll oils on all the time. You can buy them pre-made or create your own blends. The quickest way into the body is to roll them on your feet and put socks on, or roll on the neck, or spine, or wrist.

Chronic Illness

Let oils sing... and Avril Lavigne — a rock star with access to the best doctors — she has Lyme Disease and it took her 8 months to discover it after many doctors told her she was crazy (this is sadly the most common response right now).

If you look at this quick chart of symptoms, you'll see, it is CRAZY. There are so many co-infections that come along with the lyme diagnosis. http://www.lymeticks.org/coinfections/

Quoting one of Avril's songs ...
"Is it enough to breathe, somebody rip my heart out and leave me here to bleed... somebody save my life...".
(Avril had that song out long before she got Lyme disease, it wasn't about it, but it actually applies. Since I made this site, Avril came out with a new song: Head Above Water)

"God keep my head above water... I'll MEET YOU THERE, AT THE ALTER, AS I FALL DOWN TO MY KNEES... hold me close, I need you now, I need you most."

There is no "one good" fix or solution — it is extremely complex. You must do many things and eventually all things will work in your favor towards a remission.

Check out my oil protocol link for more details, and my story... and don't miss the Lyme link!

Everybody, and their brother, is talking about worked for them — it takes diligence to figure it all out. I am listing anything that resonates, or seems to be the most helpful and healthful of options.

Best solutions so far:

> doTERRA oils (my #1) — doTERRA is referral-based, at wholesale discounted pricing. You can get oils most anywhere now  — just choose your favorite and ensure they are certified (especially if you choose to take them internally like I do). I just happened to find the doTERRA brand first, and I'm hooked.
You will want to shout it from the rooftops too, or you can just purchase the oils at a discount price. I save up points and get free stuff; and have less trips to the doctor or pharmacy.

> Acupuncture, Reflexology, and targeted Massage  (helps detox, gets lymph moving —  though you must go easy as straight massage can stir up Lyme symptoms.)

> Epsom Salt bath/foot soaks — detox the toxic waste out with foot soaks. Add in a bit of Baking Soda.
Magnesium is deficient in most people and this can help you sleep and balance your body. I like Dr. Teals epsom salts that come with essential oils included already, they also have a black charcoal style which is great for detox.

> Cowden Herbals — (Samento, Houttuynia, etc.), all herbal tinctures; a long-term protocol. The doctor who created this line is an expert. You'll find cross-over herbs with Buhner's.

> Buhner (Ashwagandha, Cat's Claw, etc.) is most important, especially with a new tick bite, please just go straight to the Herbs link;
and Rawl's — are all very respected in the herbal field. There are so many great protocols to refer to: Klinghardt, The Real Food Rebel (she has a great blog), and the list goes on. See my link called Herbs, etc., for more ideas, in addition to the oils; some are essential.

> Protein Shakes... Really it's just my method to ingest as many spices as possible and to ease my system from eating heavy meals. It is like a "fast" for my body from food. That said, fasting can kick-start and reboot stem cells; think killer T-cells! I have found, with Lyme disease, much of the healing lies in the gut. I do better stretching out meals and eating lighter.

I am loving a plant-based protein shake from Target called Aloha, (vanilla). It has amino acids and some
bio-film busters... more on that in "details"; bio-film is important to understand for illness.

And doTERRA's Slim & Sassy powder, it includes Ashwagandha (ginseng) and Stevia, important for Lyme patients. I also rotate in Terragreens powder.

The shakes help hide the taste of the things I add: Bragg ACV - Apple Cider Vinegar, garlic and spices; then I add in honey, fruit, veggies .. I put a recipe at the blog link.

> Honey! It has amazing healing properties. It carries amino acids and can boost your immune. Some Lyme patients use bee venom therapy — it's pretty fascinating. Manuka honey is expensive, but read up on that as well. Super natural antibiotic.

There is no "one" fix. • Everyone is different.
Lot's of prayer for you to find what helps you the best.
