Blend it up.

My favorite shakes so far are Aloha (Target) plant-based protein.

And doTERRA Slim & Sassy, for Lyme fighters it has Ashwagandha and Stevia in it, which may be beneficial. Also TerraGreens by doTERRA.

What else do I put in my shakes? ... I make it different every time, based on what I have on hand. Here are some of the staples:

• Coconut Water, Cranberry Juice, Almond Milk, or Kefir as the liquid base

• Frozen Blueberries and Cherries or fruit blend, really any fruit, Bananas, etc.

• Apple Cider Vinegar, just a splash (get Braggs!)

• Dollop of Black Strap Molasses (added when my iron was low, all the time lately)

• Honey

• Stevia, liquid drops added not for sweetness, but for bio-film breaking

• Coconut Oil

• A scoop or two, of one or both powders: Aloha protein and Slim & Sassy.

• Spices: I just take my blender near the spice rack and shake in Parsley, Cilantro — if I don't have fresh, Turmeric, Cinnamon and Ginger, and Garlic (sometimes I chop up raw, it's the best & strong), Red Cayenne Pepper, and Pink Himalayan Salt. Sometimes thyme, basil, or a blend I have. • Salad greens or green drink if I have on hand, or TerraGreens powder.

This is not the picture of it, but it sometimes looks like that. No, not really. :) One day it's green, then blue, or yellow.
